Barbara Mikulski: “I have a must do, should do, and would like to do list. The must dos have to get done.”

I want to recognize her for her leadership in that.

As the longest serving woman in congressional history, I proudly stand on the shoulders of the suffragists who fought bravely and boldly for generations to secure women's political equality.

When constituents come to you, make sure you do not promise results but promise best efforts, that you'll give it your best.

Nothing about me without me.
