I just wanted to add about the complexity of going to the family because you see these retirees, and the way this would work is that it is a tax credit to the risk pool that takes this on. So we are not quite sure what the individual family premiums would be. We asked Joint Tax and the Budget Committee, those who advise us, to tell us what would be the annual estimates, and then an estimate between now and 2007.
