It also stops employers from using any reason to pay women less. ``Oh, they are breadwinners.'' ``Oh, he is a family man.'' ``Oh, gee, they do a harder job,'' when it is the same job. We have to make sure it is equal pay for equal work. This bill also allows punitive damages for women who have been discriminated against.…”
