The world seems to be getting smaller because of technology, but larger in terms of problems.
That is outrageous that is uncollected, and it is uncollected because some people avoid and some people do not know.
Ebola money is actually committed, that it is not a pot of money we can turn to and move around.
If it makes it, and I believe it can and it must, it will secure America's place in astronomy for the next 50 years.
