Barbara Mikulski: “I want to acknowledge the work of Senator Durbin and the Ranking Member Cochran on Defense.”

When constituents come to you, make sure you do not promise results but promise best efforts, that you'll give it your best.

Nothing about me without me.

We especially thank Senate Appropriations Chairman Thad Cochran and Vice-Chairwoman Barbara Mikulski for their unwavering support for the NIH.
