So Senator Sanders wishes to speak, and as I understand it, I have time--this is not in any way to interfere with the Senator from Idaho, but at 4:30 I am supposed to have the time under the time controlled by the Democrats; is that right? The PRESIDING OFFICER. We already agreed to the unanimous consent request that the Republicans control the time until 4:30.
