Mr. President, we are seeing something pretty historic, with over half of the women of the Senate speaking on this issue. I know the press isn't covering this, but I hope with C-SPAN they are. This is a bipartisan effort, with 30 reforms we have agreed to, and it is very impressive that we are all here, speaking up with one voice, and an occasional difference in goals. I hope America is watching because this has never happened before.
