It is been over 10 years since a new Alzheimer's drug entered the U.S. market. Eleven industry sponsored clinical trials have failed in recent years. It takes 10 to 15 years to develop a drug and get the FDA gold seal of approval. Each drug that successfully enters the market, costs over $1 billion to develop.…”
