That amendment was a downpayment. But if you want to correct all the grievances, vote for the Mikulski amendment. It does not end privatization. It ends the harsh, punitive, and egregious problems with the May 29 circular. Stand up for America, stand up for the Federal employees, stand up for the Mikulski amendment and vote aye.
