When we did this bill, we wanted it to focus on the needs of the child, not the needs of a bureaucracy and not the needs...
We won't march. We won't wear banners unless you don't pass the bill.
This is my final scheduled hearing of what is now called the CJS Subcommittee.
If we do not focus on this, I think we are heading for a future disaster.
