The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title) insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available under this Act may be used to fund any portion of the International program activities at the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy of the Department of Energy with the exception of the activities authorized in section 917 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (42 U.S.C. 17337).
