Our budget, the bill that is coming to the floor is $22.5 billion, not $25 billion, but that is still a whole lot more than $14 billion. The toxic hazard is not this bill. Rather, it is a $2 trillion deficit and an open southern border. That is what the toxic hazard is, and we are not discussing that in Washington. We should be discussing it in Washington. Mr. Chair, I just have a question. Aren't the remarks supposed to be directed to the chair, the speaker's comments? The CHAIR. The gentleman is correct.
