The Republicans were sent back to the majority this term of Congress to get things in order in Washington. Mr. Chair, I ask my colleagues to support the fiscal year 2024 Agriculture appropriations bill, which returns to pre-COVID spending levels and starts us on a path to decreasing our Federal spending and decreasing inflation. That is what the American people want. This legislation does prioritize critical programs that support our Nation's farmers, ranchers, and rural communities. The bill importantly reins in Federal spending and regulatory overreach as well as includes a number of conservative policy victories to stop the Biden administration's woke agenda. Mr. Chair, again, I ask my colleagues to support the bill, and I yield back the balance of my time. The CHAIR. All time for general debate has expired.
