Had I been present, I would have voted no on the nomination. Mr. President, I was absent for vote No. 339 on the Amendment S. Amdt. 1209: Lee Amdt. No. 2109; To prohibit the expenditure of certain amounts from the Land and Water Conservation Fund for land acquisition. Had I been present, I would have voted no on the amendment. ____________________
