we are talking about converting from a commuter rail system to simply taking people in and out of the city to a regional rail system that will fundamentally get people around the Commonwealth faster.
Of course, we would have a lot fewer road fatalities and traffic deaths in America if we had a better rail system.
I hope that communities will consider using funds to make safety improvements like the Safe Streets, like eliminating crossings, instead of just adding more lanes to highways.
This is a serious issue, but it's something that we're working hard to address.
