The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: limitation on use of funds to implement or enforce specific sections Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement or enforce section 117, 121, or 122 of this Act. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 333, the gentlewoman from Massachusetts and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Massachusetts.
