I thank the gentlewoman and appreciate very much her comments as well as the shared commitment of Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts to responding to the horrific attacks. As we face the days ahead, Patriots Day will continue to be a day when we commemorate a people who refused to be terrorized and courageously defend the ideals on which our Nation was founded. In the words of our great poet Ralph Waldo Emerson, ``Our flag will most defiantly remain unfurled in April's breeze.'' I yield back the balance of my time.
