We export billions of dollars each year to import the energy that powers our country. If we can harness the power of clean, renewable energy, we will not only create high-paying jobs but we can begin to address the real threat of climate change as well. By investing in clean energy technologies, such as wind and solar, we can begin to replace many of the manufacturing, construction, and high- tech jobs lost during the recession.
