It would be fair I would think to do this statutorily to say--not just for you but for the next HUD Secretary, the next Congress to say, if those capital levels go down, then we will automatically trigger some of the things that you have already instituted.

I also want to state that, from what I see, there has been a lot of progress made.
But it is also worth noting that to the American people, it was Democrats under the sterling leadership of our Ranking Member, Ms. Maxine Waters, who has been fighting and been our protector on many of these issues.
There will be no more bottom lines on whether it was worth the money to not do PTC and possibly risk lives or property.
