This amendment I think is a very simple amendment. It actually strikes language that I put in in the committee at an earlier time when we were discussing this. I think the language is no longer relevant and no longer useful to this bill. It refers to a different fiscal year, and that is why I ask to strike it.

I also want to state that, from what I see, there has been a lot of progress made.
