In order to get back to work by 5 a.m., which is the 8-hour period, you have to wake up, grab a shower, check out of the hotel, have a little something to eat, grab a ride back to the airport, get off that shuttle, walk through security, walk down, and the 8-hour shift starts the minute you step on that plane.
