Mr. Speaker, I yield myself such time as I may consume, and I would just like to add my voice to comments about Mr. Peres. Having met him, I will tell you that he is a totally respectable gentleman who has been through more difficult times during his life than hopefully anyone I know will ever have to go through; and yet he has survived them all with class, with dignity, with the ability to bring people together. Again, I hope this bill passes unanimously. I yield back the balance of my time.
