The Trump Administration has now missed several deadlines related to those sanctions, which is unacceptable.
The reason you are not familiar with it is because the Trump Administration stopped it.
I think you have an obligation to take a look at it, since between September and now, especially when it impacts millions upon millions of women and African-Americans and Hispanics.
