I also want to state that, from what I see, there has been a lot of progress made.
I am just curious, because it strikes me, if the President says for day, after day, after day on T.V. that he doesn't have the authority and then now he does.
I believe that fraud is fraud, and that States should be free to regulate any form of securities fraud that they see fit.
