Unfortunately, H.R. 5037, seems to be aimed directly at the Martin Act, and by preempting these State laws, the bill would allow small-time fraud to run rampant.
But, you know, come on, 8 years? Eight years. And we are not talking about small, unimportant things.
There will be no more bottom lines on whether it was worth the money to not do PTC and possibly risk lives or property.
