Why are we paying foreign carriers to come to an airport that is already congested, and providing a service that certainly we could provide?

the concept of taking protections away from small investors just strikes me as anathema.

I am just curious, because it strikes me, if the President says for day, after day, after day on T.V. that he doesn't have the authority and then now he does.
