I get that. Then why don't we have a bill just to stop New York State from doing this and leave the other 49 to do it? Leave Alabama alone.

I think it is important for us all to understand that we are talking about something that has a huge benefit to those of us that live in rural populations and, again, benefits the urban centers so they can get across those rural areas.

I think that all of the rail carriers want to do the right thing and have been doing the right thing for hundreds of years.
