I look at this bill and I ask myself, why did I come here? I came here to defend the rights of Americans and the rights of people all around the world. I look at China, I see no freedom of speech, no freedom of religion, no freedom of association, no freedom to do anything unless the government says so. That alone is enough to vote against this bill.
