The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 6, after line 5, insert the following: (D) ongoing efforts at the Federal, State, and local levels to examine the potential benefits of electronic prescribing of opioids, including any public comments collected in the course of those efforts; Page 6, line 6, strike ``(d)'' and insert ``(e)''. Page 6, line 14, strike ``(e)'' and insert ``(f)''. The Acting CHAIR.
