I can tell you this is a breach waiting to happen. Or given the numerous vulnerabilities, perhaps a breach has already happened.

Joseph P. Kennedy III is a Democratic politician from Massachusetts who served as a U.S. Representative for the 4th congressional district from 2013 to 2021. He is a member of the prominent Kennedy political family, being the grandson of Robert F. Kennedy and the great-nephew of President John F. Kennedy. We should make this in the forefront. We should hold their feet to the fire and make this the absolute hallmark of our negotiations.

Now, all the sanctions on Iran, further, on its abysmal human rights record, over its support for terrorism, which you mentioned, and over its destabilizing activities in places like Syria, those sanctions will all remain in effect.
The purpose was to get to this negotiation. The purpose was to see whether or not diplomacy and avoidance of war could actually deliver the same thing or better than you might be able to get through confrontation.
