I'm not suggesting any such thing. I am suggesting that this is a legislative position, that this should be done, that it has been agreed to be done. I now have the number of riders. We had 217 million riders in the WMATA system in 2011. That's a huge number of riders, and they deserve some consideration for the safety of the WMATA system. I yield back the balance of my time.
