Obviously, when you talk about the sanctions, Congress passed a bill that allowed the Secretary some discretion into how she applied those sanctions, am I right, Ambassador?
I think that we have to have a real clear understanding of the current sanctions regime.
We all are familiar with the 2010 comprehensive Iran sanctions, the Accountability and Disinvestment Act of 2010.
We are just pleased that you are focusing some light on this issue, as we have been trying to do for some time.
