John Kerry: “I do not know anybody in the United States of America that said we ought to go to war over Crimea.”

What we are trying to achieve now is really to establish some stability if we can, in the relationship, without conceding anything.

There is no current proposal or plan that has been agreed to which would require us to do that.

Hopefully we can get there.

What a shame for our country that that happened.
