We would like to have an answer. We would like to have a time. We work this out in the Senate all the time. We have an agreement with respect to the health care bill. We know there will be a time certain for debate on an issue of major importance to the American people. All we are asking for is some kind of bipartisan agreement and understanding as to when we can have a vote, a debate and a decision, on whether or not we are going to give working people at the lowest end of the income scale a pay raise.
