Only one group of people, and they are here in Washington, and some of them spread around the country.

But let me explain to you the vote, because I did manage this on the floor, and I know exactly what happened.

The reason that happened, my friend, is because Donald Trump pulled out of that agreement.

What a shame for our country that that happened.
