You know what? We need permitting reform.
The Administration is determined to try to stabilize what has been, particularly recently, a very unstable situation.
It's a matter of mathematics and physics, not politics, not ideology. It is a response to the science.
We do not want it to become the hostage of some of these other tensions, all of which are real.
