It is somewhat surprising to me that a member of Congress, particularly one on the Foreign Relations Committee, is going to question the President for fulfilling the vision of the Founding Fathers when they wrote the Constitution, divided power in foreign policy, to have the President come over here and honor the original intent of the Founding Fathers in ways that do not do anything to distract from the mission itself.
