That is happening not because the government mandated it, because they see that is the future.
people really do count on America for a lot of things in the world, and I think everyone should be extraordinarily proud...
Climate is perhaps the signature issue on the cooperation side.
We do not trade any component of any of those other issues for what we are trying to do on the climate front.
