you cannot just sit there anywhere and wish that things are going to be as they have been historically.

The message coming out of this COP is, we are moving away from fossil fuels. We are not turning back. That is the future.

There is no current proposal or plan that has been agreed to which would require us to do that.

What we are trying to achieve now is really to establish some stability if we can, in the relationship, without conceding anything.
