“today Senator Lugar and I introduce, by request, a resolution of approval of the proposed agreement for peaceful nuclear cooperation between the United States and the Russian Federation, which the President transmitted to Congress on May 10, 2010, pursuant to section 123 b. and 123 d. of the Atomic Energy Act. Pursuant to Section 130 i.(2) of that Act, the majority and minority leaders have designated Senator Lugar and me to introduce this resolution.”
