The message coming out of this COP is, we are moving away from fossil fuels. We are not turning back. That is the future.

Without a border protected you don’t have a nation.

The message is, let's find a way to be able to make sure when we fly, we're not leaving emissions that we cannot capture.

There is no current proposal or plan that has been agreed to which would require us to do that.
