The message coming out of this COP is, we are moving away from fossil fuels. We are not turning back. That is the future.

That is exactly why President Biden has asked us to examine the countervailing efforts.

We're spending billions--literally, actually, trillions.

There is no current proposal or plan that has been agreed to which would require us to do that.
