Well, I don't think it is probably useful to discuss it in detail here.
But there are other troubles besetting the human family. Many of its members live in poverty and misery and despair.
This is the worst attack on foreign aid that we have seen since the beginning of the Marshall plan.
The recommendations are likewise acceptable to me, and will be included in my budget recommendations to the Congress in January.
