In order to assure effective and continuing leadership in advancing the status of women, it is deemed appropriate to establish an interdepartmental committee and a citizens' advisory council on the status of women.
We also have a program here for those whom we regard as mentally restored, those who pass through a difficult period but who are now fully capable of carrying their burden.
Annually the Committee shall transmit to the President a consolidated report concerning the activities of the Committee and the Citizens' Advisory Council.
