I think it would be unwise to attempt to negotiate it out here.

No industry has a greater impact upon the Nation and no industry has a greater opportunity to affect our economic progress.

The recommendations are likewise acceptable to me, and will be included in my budget recommendations to the Congress in January.

They may be facts which some would prefer to ignore.
