John Fitzgerald Kennedy: “I made it very clear that I'm for every American citizen having his Constitutional rights.”

I think that is a very good motto for some of the rest of us.

I think that this administration has been very vigorous in its action, and I think that we have tried to set a responsible standard.

The recommendations are likewise acceptable to me, and will be included in my budget recommendations to the Congress in January.

And the American Bar Association has been very helpful in making the judgment, but I am sure they would agree that they are not infallible.
