No, we are going to build a conventional carrier, which has already been announced at this time.
The fact is, life is easier because of machines, and I think it can provide new jobs, but I think it is going to take a good deal of wisdom by those of us in the Government as well as labor and management.
I hope that we will define handicapped so that we do make a major effort on all those who are handicapped.
