The United States, in fact all of us, love, I suppose, in a sense, lost causes, and on occasion the history of Scotland ...
It is a pleasure for me to join the citizens of Delaware and Maryland in opening this new highway.
I regard it as serious.
I congratulate you, the people of Delaware, the people of Maryland, and the people of the United States.
