I think that is a very good motto for some of the rest of us.
The rich must help the poor. The industrialized nations must help the developing nations.
And I think that--the governmental standards, let me say, on the whole I think compare favorably with those in Washingto...
I think it would be unwise to attempt to negotiate it out here.
