I can't imagine anything more dangerous than to end this program.
But it is a fact that the imports of woolens and worsteds have gone up from about 15 to 22 or 23 percent.
Well, we have suspended the aid to Indonesia.
I think it would be unwise to attempt to negotiate it out here.
